Appointment & Rescheduling Policy
All appointments must be confirmed with a reservations agent by phone or email. We require 24-hour notice for individual treatment rescheduling. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice. Notification to reschedule  spa parties or other group services must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid a 50%  charge. Please refer to mobile spa guidelines for complete booking details.
